The vision for the Optimum AI CoE is to responsibly harness AI to drive efficiency, improve employee experiences, enhance decision-making, and strengthen operational resilience—enabling employees to focus on innovation, customers, and growth.

This role is embedded within the CISO organization and serves all Optimum and its subsidiaries. The Analyst will work cross-functionally with AI CoE leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

A key focus of this role is enabling employees across the organization to effectively adopt and use AI tools. This includes developing and delivering training, facilitating learning sessions, and helping teams build confidence in applying AI in their day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the AI CoE operating model, governance processes, and standards.
  • Assist with intake, documentation, and tracking of AI use cases and initiatives across the enterprise.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-ups for recurring AI CoE meetings and working sessions.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and document use cases.
  • Assist in evaluating AI initiatives through lenses of risk, compliance, security, and responsible AI principles.
  • Support the development and maintenance of AI governance artifacts, playbooks, standards, and guidance.
  • Collect, analyze, and report metrics related to AI adoption, usage, and value realization.
  • Assist with vendor and tool evaluations by compiling comparisons, summaries, and recommendations.
  • Monitor trends, tools, and regulatory considerations in AI and share insights with AI CoE leadership.
  • Lead and support AI enablement efforts across the organization, including developing training materials, facilitating workshops, and conducting live or virtual learning sessions for employees.
  • Act as an internal AI advocate and educator, helping employees understand how to safely and effectively leverage AI tools in their roles.
  • Support change management and communications related to AI adoption initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and documentation to support transparency and auditability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Background in training, teaching, learning & development, or facilitation strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs, workshops, or instructional content.
  • Foundational familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and concepts (e.g., generative AI, copilots, automation tools); deep technical expertise is not required.
  • Ability to quickly learn and translate emerging technologies into clear, digestible guidance for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project coordination skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Interest in responsible AI, governance, and enterprise adoption practices.
