Job Summary

We're looking for a creative, culturally aware marketer to own our influencer and UGC (user generated content) programs end-to-end. This role spans creative strategy and performance marketing. You'll build and run creator programs that drive real acquisition results, not just impressions. You'll manage agency partners, brief creators, and make sure every piece of content earns its place in media.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Creative Ideation Lead influencer, creator, and UGC strategy tied to paid acquisition goals and broader campaign priorities. Translate campaign concepts into social-first ideas. Content built for the platform, not adapted to it. Concept and write scripts for UGC and UGC-style creators that feel native but stay on brand. Develop scalable creator frameworks capable of supporting 50+ creators concurrently across multiple campaigns, audience segments, and platforms while maintaining creative consistency and performance standards.
  • Creator Program Management Own the full creator lifecycle: sourcing, vetting, briefing, contracting, approvals, content delivery, usage rights, and asset organization. Build and manage repeatable operating models that support 50+ active creators simultaneously, ensuring all content remains on brief, on time, compliant with brand, legal, and media requirements, and organized for efficient activation and paid amplification.
  • Agency & Partner Management Serve as day-to-day lead for UGC and influencer agency partners. Drive deliverables, manage timelines and scopes of work, and hold partners to a high bar on creative quality and execution. Work cross-functionally with paid media, marketing, and legal to keep programs aligned and moving.
  • Platform Expertise & Trend Intelligence Know what performs and why across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, and emerging platforms. Stay ahead of creator trends, platform behavior, evolving formats, and cultural moments to sharpen content strategy and find new opportunities.
  • Performance, Budget & Measurement Own KPIs, reporting, and measurement frameworks across reach, engagement, conversion, and CPA. Manage program budgets and analyze ROI. Work closely with media on paid amplification of creator content, including whitelisting, dark posts, and boosting, to get the most out of every dollar.

Qualifications

This is a high-ownership, individual contributor role reporting to the Digital Marketing Director. You'll have real autonomy across strategy, creative, and execution. We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 5+ years in influencer, UGC, or creator marketing, in a performance-driven environment
  • Has hands-on experience managing agency partners and creator relationships
  • Brings strong creative instincts and can concept, brief, and write, not just approve
  • Is comfortable with performance data and budget management and makes decisions based on results
  • Knows the platforms well and actually cares about where creator culture is going
  • High attention to detail, innovation, and great cross functional collaborator.
