Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Connectivity Solutions, the Manager, B2B Broadband Services will define, develop, evolve, and deliver new products and features for Optimum's Broadband products portfolio. The Manager is responsible for driving the development and ongoing life-cycle support for Optimum Broadband solutions and associated services (e.g., security services, static IP).
This role will leverage advanced analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI technologies to enhance product innovation, accelerate development cycles, and deliver intelligent, data-driven broadband solutions. The Manager will play a key role in embedding AI capabilities into product design, customer experience, network intelligence, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the B2B Broadband roadmap, aligning it with the company's overall strategic goals
- Define product vision, goals, and KPIs including AI-driven performance metrics, predictive insights, and automation targets
- Drive a matrix organization, that partners with business-oriented product partners, as well as cross functional technical resources, including product managers, engineers, designers, and other relevant roles
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept and development to launch, scaling, and enhancement
- Partner with cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure strong product-market fit
- Define and execute an AI strategy across broadband products, including ML, predictive analytics, and Generative AI
- Drive development and deployment of AI/ML models in collaboration with data science and engineering teams
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on market demand and customer feedback
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including product launch, maintenance, and eventual retirement or replacement
- Work with agile teams as they perform feature of design, development, testing
- Continuously monitor performance and customer satisfaction, making data-driven decisions for improvements
- Enhance customer experience through automation, AI insights, and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure that product management activities align with revenue and profitability targets
- Effectively communicate Broadband product strategies, updates, and performance metrics to executive leadership, stakeholders, and the broader organization
- Collaborate with monetization, sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements relevant to B2B Broadband products and services
- Conduct trials based on customer requirements and develop products in collaboration with the entire technology organization
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and product differentiation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; MS or MBA or specialization in Data Science, AI, or Analytics preferred
- 7+ years’ experience successfully managing high profile cross-functional products for major Telecommunication company
- Minimum five years’ experience in a product management and/or product operations role
- Strong knowledge of IP Protocols, Access Technologies (FTTH, Cable, FWA), with understanding of AI applications in network optimization and service delivery
- Experience with broadband/cable background and heavily regulated B2B environment
- Experience working with engineering and technical architecture, including AI/ML systems, APIs, and data platforms
- Extensive experience with engineering, technical architecture and automation frameworks for B2B Connectivity solutions
- Proven experience with technical product management and product development
- P&L knowledge with a strong track record of growth and accomplishments/achievements
- Proven ability to collaborate across organizations
- Analytical thinker who uses data to drive decisions and balances both short- and long-term needs of customers
- Robust understanding of consumer behavior and experience using different channels to engage
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in New York is $123,379.00 - $202,694.00 / year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter. The rates/ranges provided herein are the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and do not reflect future job opportunity.
