Job Summary
We're looking for a passionate and empathetic Product Designer to shape exceptional experiences across our critical agent sales and care tools. You'll play a key role in ensuring the agent experience is optimized for both the agent and the customer that the agent is serving. You’ll work with other Product Designers and UX Researchers to deliver usable and accessible design solutions that mitigate friction and are optimized for customer intents, needs, and balanced appropriately with business drivers.
Responsibilities
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders) to identify and define customer problems and business opportunities, translating them into impactful design solutions.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative data (analytics, A/B testing, user research) to inform and validate design decisions. Partner closely with UX Researchers to conduct usability testing and gather insights that ensure solutions effectively meet user needs.
- Translate complex problems into clear, elegant, and intuitive design solutions through the creation of wireframes, user flows, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Rapidly test design hypotheses, gather user feedback, and iterate to refine solutions.
- Act as a strong advocate for the customer, championing design solutions that enhance the digital experience and optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
- Actively contribute to and utilize our evolving unified design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all customer engagement channels.
What You Bring:
- User-Centered Design Expertise: Proficiency in design methods that prioritize user needs and customer experience.
- Design Thinking in Action: Experience applying Design Thinking principles to both service and software delivery.
- Mobile and Web Design Excellence: Significant experience designing for iOS, Android, and responsive web applications. You understand the nuances of mobile interaction design patterns and best practices.
- Balanced Decision-Making: Skilled in integrating stakeholder feedback and business requirements while keeping the customer at the forefront.
- Prototyping & Iteration: Expertise in building prototypes to validate design solutions and iterating based on user feedback.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Product Design, with a strong focus on designing for native mobile applications (iOS and Android). Experience with responsive web design is also highly valued.
- Expert proficiency with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and leveraging design system libraries.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve customer problems and mitigate friction
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design patterns, and best practices for mobile and web applications.
- Self-motivated with strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Skills:
- Proficiency with user-centered design methods
- Motion design for micro animations and transitions desired
- Proven ability to leverage data (analytics, A/B testing, user research) to inform design decisions and measure the impact of your work.
- Well-versed in best experience practices for iOS, Android, and responsive/adaptive web designs
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems, think strategically, and deliver creative and effective solutions.
- Skilled at integrating stakeholder feedback and business requirements while consistently advocating for the customer's needs.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $100,246.00 - $164,689.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire and does not reflect future job opportunity.
