Job Summary
Optimum delivers a full suite of connectivity products — Internet, TV, Phone, and Mobile — seamlessly connecting residential and business customers at home, at work, and on the go. As the Mobile Product Manager for Compliance & Credit, you will own the full development lifecycle of features that sit at the intersection of regulatory compliance and credit risk management. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on the mobile product roadmap, working at the center of a cross-functional team that spans Engineering, Credit & Collections, Legal, Customer Experience, and Go-to-Market.
Responsibilities
Product Ownership
- Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle for a defined product domain features across all customer facing and back-office channels
- Drive post-deployment operations management, proactively monitoring feature performance against financial and customer KPIs
- Author clear, detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that connect product functionality to measurable business outcomes
Strategy & Analysis
- Develop end-to-end business cases for new features and enhancements, clearly articulating customer value, cost drivers, revenue impact, risk, and ROI
- Build and maintain financial models to forecast benefits (e.g., revenue lift, cost reduction, churn mitigation, conversion improvement) and inform prioritization decisions
• Benchmark competitive products and industry practices to support investment recommendations and roadmap sequencing
• Define success metrics upfront; track actual performance versus forecast and adjust roadmap decisions accordingly
• Apply AI and automation tools to accelerate discovery, streamline requirements analysis, and improve investment decisions
• Translate enterprise and product strategy into execution-ready initiatives with clear economic justification
Collaboration & Delivery
• Partner closely with Product Leadership, Engineering, Monetization, Finance, IT, Network Engineering, CX, and Retention teams to align on investment rationale and trade-offs
• Present product proposals, ROI cases, and post-launch results to senior and executive stakeholders

Qualifications
Experience
- 4+ years in product management, product development, consulting, or financial modeling for mobile or software products
- 3+ years specifically in mobile app or web product development
- Proven proficiency in Agile methodology and Jira board management
- Bachelor's degree required
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of mobile and digital technologies, APIs, cellular/5G, and Wi-Fi
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools (e.g., LLMs, generative AI platforms, AI-assisted analytics) applied to product workflows — research, documentation, prototyping, or risk assessment
- Familiarity with network architecture and telecom platforms preferred
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, documented requirements and process flows
Leadership & Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage technical, non-technical, and executive audiences equally well
- Effective cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management
- Broad fluency across product management, business development, network engineering, UX/UI, and marketing

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $123,379.00 - $202,694.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
