Job Summary
The Creative Specialist will lead Optimum's integrated creative production function, partnering closely with Corporate Communications, Marketing and Creative Services to bring the company's story to life through compelling, high-quality multimedia content. Sitting within the Integrated Communications team, this role serves as the central hub for creative production—transforming business priorities into impactful content that engages employees, customers, media and other key stakeholders. From executive storytelling and internal communications to social content, product launches and enterprise campaigns, this person will own the end-to-end production process while also rolling up their sleeves to capture, produce and edit content when needed. We're looking for someone who understands how creative work drives business results—not just someone who can produce great content. The ideal candidate has experience working for a fast-paced consumer brand or agency supporting consumer brands, brings exceptional production expertise, thrives in an environment where priorities shift quickly, and approaches every project with urgency, positivity and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end multimedia content production from concept through final delivery across internal, external and social channels.
- Capture, shoot and edit high-quality video and multimedia content while maintaining exceptional creative standards.
- Manage all aspects of production, including creative planning, timelines, budgets, vendors, agencies, freelancers and production workflows.
- Own pre-production planning, including creative briefs, shot lists, schedules, talent coordination, locations and logistics.
- Oversee on-set production and post-production to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and at the highest creative standard.
- Partner closely with Communications, Marketing and Creative Services to develop integrated content that supports enterprise priorities, executive communications, campaigns and major business initiatives.
- Ensure all creative assets align with Optimum's brand standards, visual identity and storytelling approach.
- Support rapid-response communications, product launches, company announcements and high-profile events requiring quick-turn creative execution.
- Continuously improve production processes while identifying new ways to elevate Optimum's storytelling.
Qualifications
-
- 7+ years of experience producing, shooting and editing multimedia content for a consumer-facing brand, agency or media organization.
- Strong understanding of how creative content supports broader business objectives and brand strategy
- Proven experience managing complex productions from strategy and planning through execution and delivery
- Exceptional project management, organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with executive leaders and cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment
- Outstanding creative judgment with meticulous attention to detail
- Positive, collaborative and highly proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Able to operate with speed and urgency while managing multiple priorities and delivering consistently high-quality work
- Flexible and responsive to support business-critical moments, including occasional evenings or weekends when needed
