Job Summary

The Sales Support Coordinator provides operational support to the Sales Support team by assisting with reporting maintenance, performance evaluations, and general team initiatives. This role helps ensure operational reports and supporting materials remain accurate and organized while supporting ongoing process and reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Support team with maintaining recurring reports and trackers used for operational monitoring.
• Update Excel files with new data, perform basic data validation checks, and help ensure reporting files remain accurate and up to date.
• Support preparation of PowerPoint presentations by updating charts, tables, and slides for leadership meetings and operational reviews.
• Assist with call studies and call evaluations by reviewing call samples, documenting observations, and supporting basic quality checks to help identify trends and process improvement opportunities.
• Upload and organize reporting files and assist with routine reporting tasks to ensure reporting processes run smoothly and are delivered on time.
• Provide general operational support to the Sales Support team on ad hoc reporting tasks, and other team initiatives as needed. 

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, filtering, and pivot tables.
• Associate degree preferred. 
• Basic PowerPoint skills and ability to update charts or presentation slides.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing data and reports.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage recurring tasks.
• Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively across the department.
