Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead data initiatives and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in SQL, skilled at working with large-scale datasets and databases, and comfortable using Python for automation, analysis, and data processing. This role requires both strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Work with large relational and cloud-based databases (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
- Build and maintain data workflows to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Leverage Python (pandas, NumPy, etc.) for advanced analytics and automation.
- Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize and communicate insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot anomalies, and propose improvements in data processes.
- Contribute to strategic decisions by identifying opportunities for business growth and process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role. Media Industry experience is a plus
- Strong coding skills in SQL, with experience handling large-scale relational databases
- Programming skills in Python, with experience in data manipulation, automation, and advanced analytics
- Solid understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehouse design
- Proficiency in BI reporting tools such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, etc.) and modern data stack tools (dbt, Airflow, Git, etc.)
- Excellent research, writing, collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $92,534.00 - $152,021.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
