Job Summary
The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for B2C Revenue plays a key role in supporting the company’s financial planning and performance management activities. This position is responsible for driving the successful execution of the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and month-end close processes for B2C Revenue, including financial reporting and variance analysis. The Manager provides actionable financial insights, identifies key business drivers and trends, and ensures forecasts and financial plans align with the company’s strategic, financial, and operational objectives. The role also entails developing offer sizings, business cases, and other ad hoc financial analyses to inform business decisions and evaluate potential opportunities. As a strategic finance partner, the Manager collaborates closely with key stakeholders across Finance, Product, Go-to-Market, and other areas of the organization to evaluate business performance, understand financial impacts, and support informed decision-making. This position reports directly to the Director of FP&A for B2C Revenue.
Responsibilities
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Preparation of financial and statistical growth projections/forecast plans and budgets.
- Compile monthly risk analysis, variance analysis.
- Partnering with Go-To-Market & Product teams to obtain Forecast/Budget assumptions as well as the Customer Experience and Growth teams.
- Assisting team in developing an effective reporting structure to track and explain financial performance.
Reporting and Analysis
- Overseeing the quantification of revenue growth for both new and existing customers, managing diverse revenue growth components.
- Managing multiple revenue growth models, including those for new customers and existing customer base management.
- Reporting on revenue growth variances to the senior leadership team, offering meaningful analysis and suggestions for improving performance.
- Developing processes to manage growth drivers at the regional level, linking activity to the P&L.
- Creating a streamlined process for ingesting forecast and budget assumptions from cross-functional departments.
- Reviewing revenue growth drivers and investigating/explaining variances to plan.
- Preparing business cases and tracking the performance of new initiatives.
- Developing ad-hoc reporting as needed.
Offer Sizings
- Prepare offer sizings in partnership with Growth and Product ops teams to determine feasibility of various acquisition, CBM, and retention offers.
- Determine impact to budget/forecast of proposed offers and update models accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance. Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience with strong analytical skills and can take accountability/ownership to drive results
- Ability to adapt to changes in scope of position
- Cultivate cooperative working relationship, a team player, self-starter, adhere to deadlines while ensuring a high level of accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, and quality
- Great interpersonal skills, excellent verbal & written communication, organize, attention to details, and can multitask
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Fast learner with the ability to identify problems and seek solutions
- Willing to be flexible and work hard to support business needs
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficient in Oracle, Hyperion, and Essbase
- Industry experience is a plus

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00 - $168,912.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire and does not reflect future job opportunity.
