Job Summary

The Senior Director, Digital Media & Analytics will lead strategy, planning, execution, and performance across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and display. This leader will manage a team of digital media professionals and agency partners, strengthen media analytics and measurement, and translate reporting into clear insights and business recommendations. The role will connect digital media across all media channels while partnering across GTM, marketing, eCommerce, regional, sales, analytics, product, consumer insights, senior leadership, and more. This role reports to the VP of Growth Media. 

Responsibilities

  • Own digital media strategy and investment across paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, affiliate and other performance channels, aligned to business objectives and KPIs. 
  • Lead full-funnel planning, activation, optimization, forecasting, and budget allocation with a strong focus on acquisition, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. 
  • Connect digital media plans with upper funnel (e.g., TV, OTT, etc), offline (e.g., Direct Mail), and other channels to support holistic audience, market, and customer planning. 
  • Partner across GTM, marketing, eCommerce, regional, sales, analytics, product, and other teams to translate business priorities into integrated media plans. 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across search, social, programmatic, and related digital media capabilities; establish clear priorities, accountability, and growth plans. 
  • Serve as the senior lead for media agency and platform partners; set expectations, review plans and budgets, evaluate performance, and hold partners accountable for results. 
  • Streamline media analytics, reporting, and performance routines to create consistent, decision-oriented views of media effectiveness. 
  • Turn complex campaign data into actionable insights, compelling narratives, and clear recommendations for business and senior leadership audiences. 
  • Partner with analytics teams to advance planning and measurement through marketing mix modeling (MMM), attribution methodologies, incrementality testing, experimentation, and campaign measurement. 
  • Establish KPIs, benchmarks, learning agendas, and reporting standards that connect media activity to customer and business outcomes. 
  • Lead a disciplined test-and-learn agenda across audiences, channels, partners, creative, offers, and tactics. 
  • Stay current on media and martech platforms, consumer behavior, privacy requirements, measurement practices, and industry trends, translating relevant developments into practical business opportunities. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, analytics, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. 
  • 12+ years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, performance marketing, or related fields, with a strong record of measurable results. 
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams. 
  • Proven experience leading media agency relationships or serving in a senior leadership role at a media agency. 
  • Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, and full-funnel digital media planning and activation. 
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar media budgets and improving acquisition, efficiency, and business outcomes. 
  • Strong knowledge of media measurement and planning, including MMM, attribution, incrementality testing, experimentation, and campaign-level measurement. 
  • Exceptional analytical ability to interpret complex performance data, identify opportunities, and convert findings into clear recommendations and narratives. 
  • Experience integrating digital media across upper funnel and offline media channels. 
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functionally across GTM, marketing, eCommerce, regional, sales, analytics, product, agencies, and senior leadership. 
  • Exceptional people leadership, stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills. 
  • Proficiency with leading media platforms and analytics tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, SA360, and business intelligence dashboards. 
  • Working knowledge of advertising privacy, brand safety, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $161,186.00 - $230,265.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
